“No mom I don’t want to, not again”, Ana cried furious.
“I know you don’t want to, but we have to plus you will make more friends and I found the perfect job. “ Her mother said calmly “it is, a very good job,” her father chimed
“Fine I’ll move but I don’t want to.”
The next day Ana was at the new school in Madison Wisconsin, it was a long move from Sacramento California to be she was now, drenched with snow, freezing Madison Wisconsin. Now there family had to live in a tiny apartment that only had two bed rooms so krissy (her sister) and Ana had to share a room.
“Class, we have a new student, she’s from California, why don’t you come and introduce you’re self.” a sweet lady’s voice said
‘’ OK,” Ana replied weakly she tried to stand up but it felt like she was glued to her seat... finally she managed to stand up and walk to the front of the room “hi,” she said uncomfortably “I’m Ana,” suddenly she herd a gasp from the back of the room as she ran back to her desk she got completely PINK and she thought obviously that Ashly the girl that gasped at her was an ignorant selfish un polite brat.
Just before the bell rang for lunch one of Ashly’s friends came up to her and said that she better stay out of there way then she went back to her table and they started whispering
“She is so lucky! She is sooooooo perfect she has brown hair and such cute glasses!!!” Ashly said “we should have a sleep over,” Hanna almost shouted
“here’s the plan were going to ask our parents tonight and I’ll call if they say YES,”
“Bring bring,”
“Hello?” Ana asked
“Hi it’s Ashly from school I was just wondering if you could sleepover tomorrow night.
That night she was so exited for the sleep over her could hardly sleep.
“By mom by dad,” Ana said as she walked in to Ashly’s house. It was almost dark when they started to get ready for bed and set up the tent. “so were sleeping in a tent?” she asked confused “yeah, we always do,” Ashly said surprised.
That night Lina woke up to a crying sound and found it was Ana so she woke up and asked her what was the matter just loud enough for the others to hear her. “its nothing really” Ana said.
“Are you sure?” Lina asked
“Yes” she replied
“Really?” asked Ashly
“No!!!” she cried
“well, my parents were riding in a taxi and they were in a car crash and the taxi driver was fine but my parents were killed” “do you know where you are going to live. ” Ashly said. “My awesome grandma I think. But that doesn’t make a difference I miss them already” she cried. As they where trying to get her to go to sleep there mom came down and asked them what the matter was and Lina explained the whole thing to there mom.
The next morning Ana woke up with pancakes on the end of her sleeping bag. All of a sudden her friends popped up and yelled “surprise” they all new how bad it felt to be like this because there father passed away a year ago.
“Thanks for driving me to my grandma’s house and for helping me get my room ready I already feel better.”
That night something amazing happen she saw 2 white figures they were her parents they were ghosts they came back to her. That morning she told her grandma about them, and her grandma told her it was because they were so attached to her.
